Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join Sumana Construction. You will oversee the planning and delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects, serving as the bridge between the client, the design team, and the site crew to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Proven working experience in project management (7+ years).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Procore.
